I had a great idea but this photo doesn't really depeict the darkness... I kind of wanted a car going by with headlights on, but was really limited on time. This took like literally 3 minutes to do.

I gotta say, the title adds a lot to this for me. Overall I think most of the entries missed the meaning of oxymoron, but you managed to not only capture the theme, but you did so by creating the oxymoronic ambiguity.
