Thank you for the comments. The title was a shoehorn of sorts, but I saw I was in good company as far as that goes.

Yes, it's probably a Banksy (or so inspired); I've seen others around town. This scene in particular is gradually being played out on a utility box near the University of Pittsburgh.

Im guessing this is a Banksy stencil. I like his work it makes a good photo, but I'm not sure whether my higher than normal vote is partly due to him (if it is him BTW). Nice snap anyway.
