Picture is great, title is good. This is a great pic; pretty good sharpness throughout the pic, tones are great, lighting gives the pic mood as well as the slow shutter speed (motion blur of the people further down). Only critique is a bit too much dead space on the right, but for the rule set of this challenge, an awesome image.
I like the furry figures in the distance. Well composed - nice natural framing/composition used knowing you can't crop. A bit posed-looking with the foreground figure, but the shot hangs well together anyway.
It seems like he's just waiting for someone rather than someone who is underprivileged (homeless) but this is one of the better shots. Love the dark tones, hopefully it's within the rules. 7
