lighting is a bit harsh in the highlights and the overall focus could be better

Good setup, colors, and reflections. I think it would be a good idea to try some different lighting techniques to reduce the bright reflections. To be a stock photo, you may also need to not have the text showing, as most stock sites don't seem to like advertisement type shots.
