The red soil of PEI is ideal for growing potatoes. I'm here on vacation with my laptop and am unsure of this edit, I don't like editing on it as it isn't a great monitor. A beautiful place! I'm sure I'll get lots of low scores as there are no real potatoes showing, but the description says "in any shape or form". I took that as the whole plant.

Love the idea, thought there would be more pototo fields in the challenge.
