Another choice of background could have made the main subject stand out better. The window frame also looks in sharper focus than the pulley and bracket.
Good job with finding something rusted past use, and bringing out the colors. The stark contrast of the white ledge feels a little much. I'm not sure if you could have found a better setting to place this object.
