Doesn't say "depression" to me, but she's an attractive model with strong features that look like they'd lend themselves well to dark imagery. Great location, too.
ETA: just noticed the cutting. Even so, I stand by my original comment, and as it is, the "cutting" part seems out of place. Too posed, and the model is too aware of the camera. Cutting is not something typically done publicly or for the benefit of viewers. I think you'd need something much more claustrophobic and voyeuristic in composition and mood for this particular theme.
