 Speedlight via Umbrella camera left/above for illuminating the subject. Speedlight on its own camera right/eye level for illuminating fruit. Crappy flash at waste level behind subject pointing at a 45 degree angle back illuminating the backdrop (a simply sheet). Juggled fruit and pressed the shutter remote with my big toe... lol.
