i'm wondering if i want to see her ear...never the less, mostly engaging with a small negative for the near blow-out on the forehead, cheek, and nose...clarity and background is perfect. 8

Love the dof, and the harsh lighting works for me, although I suspect there'll be comments about it. The little triangle under her eye seems to underscore it.

Excellent portrait with a mystique to it. Love her expression and your point of view. Though I like the bokeh, I think your DOF is a bit too narrow and would have liked to have seen both eyes in focus. Lighting is a bit hot on her forehead and nose and your crop of her ear is not tight enough imo (to eliminate it).
