Taken shortly after a heavy rainfall, as the sun was setting in the sky. There is actually two rainbows, you can see the second on the right side of the image if you look real close.
To the RAW file, I decreased brightness, increased contrast quite a bit, turned down shadows, increased sharpness, increased color saturation pretty heavily, and did some cure adjustment. AFter doing these steps, the image really jumps to life, as the original photo was relatively flat.
