The strong contrast is awesome on this. And your focus really just makes the legs seem longer and creepier looking. The small blown areas in the background don't bother me, either.
For some arthropod nerdistry, this is technically not a daddy long legs spider, and in fact, is not even a spider in the first place. It's a member of Arachnida commonly called a Harvestman. Lots of different species of them, actually. The easiest way to differentiate between Harvestmen and spiders is their fused body segments. Spiders have two distinct body segments, the cephalothorax and the abdomen, whereas Harvestmen do not.
