Dyann has skin like milk so it wasn't hard to lighten her up a bit with levels. I beefed up the red and darkened the black and left her hair pretty much the same color.
This is the original - unedited except for the sizing.

WOW...she really does have fair skin! I guess poor woman needs a 100 SPF factor sunscreen LOL! Extremely clever to have had the contrasting red and the crop really made the shot!

Very artsy style shot and reminds me of an old poster style shot. The rules were no "Selective desat" so, it looks as though you are well within the rules! :) From the black in the front look, I have to ask....was your model body painted white?!
