Interesting take on the challenge... the colors and composition are wonderful. I imagine exposure must have been rather tough here with the different colors and reflectances of the objects, but you did a great job. Maybe lighten the shadows a bit, they take away from the sea of yellow feeling. Also, I would consider toning down the luminosity on all but the oars and the girl...she seems to blend too much into her background and the oars are already dark and moody. I would also love to have sen her face!
