The only fault I have with it (and it's a personal thing, I guess), is the black boarder around the whole picture. Other than that I love it!

I like this photo. The soft focus and grain give it a film-like quality. Have you considered a square crop leaning a bit to the right from the middle? It appears that you were very eager to include the buoy on the left, but I think it takes away from what shoul dbe the focus of the picture: the house int he back.
