I bought some toy tanks and a baby doll. I paint street lines and arrows on a grey cartoon. Setup the flash and camera angle. After raw conversion i cloned out the sticker which i used to stick that stupid doll on the cartoon. After some levels adjustment there was an empty space on the right top part. I cloned the street lines to there. Resize and upload.
This is not as good as i imagine but not have much time to set up again :)
