Micro Nikkor 55mm 2.8 Ai, f8 or 11, monopod, direct evening sunlight.
The whole thing is about an inch (2.5 cm) long. The BG looked cool when I edited it up to get levels right for the subject, so I left it like this. I only shot one shot to get this, and it was pretty dark, causing all the noise in the BG.
Here is the shot before this. It's not a macro but I just wanted to share how nice the lotus looked in the golden hour light.
