Motion is stopped in this shot but the shot itself is not grabbing attention to the man's motion. Perhaps if he was walking further away from the cars and you were zoomed in more it would of conveyed the stop motion concept.
Nothing about this picture does it for me, sure he's walking but thats only because of a motion trail, other wise I would have thought maybe you told him to put his foot up to give the appearance that he was walking the cars on bottom are upsetting. next time get closer and have both feet in the air that would make a believable stop motion
I *know* you could have found a more interesting subject than this! don't just accept what's outside your apartment window, actually go out into the world!
The cars at the bottom of the picture are distracting, this looks just like a quick shot out of the window to me, sorry. A different angle, and maybe the person more close-up would have helped me.
IMO, there is too much stuff in this picture. Maybe focusing on just the man would've been mire effective. Are the diagonal lines on the road, or are they relflections or glare?
He's moving alright... It's ashame that his left foot appears to have a little motion blur. Since the man walking is the subject of your photo, I would like to have seen him taking up much more of the frame. These cars need to be gone or be more dominant in the photo as well. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but are you shooting this photo through a window? I see two lines moving from the bottom top of this photo... The first one is in front of the man passing under his chin and the second is leaving from the rear corner of the SUV... both carry over into the grass. Are these possibly refelctions from inside the window?
The main subject isn't the main focus of your picture. Maybe a close up with not so many other objects in your picture would make this a much better capture:)
