Zazu is an African Grey parrot. Loves shredding peanut shells. Isn't interested in the actual nuts one bit.
Strobist: 580 with diffuser front and camera right, 2x 430EX as sidelights, 580EX with Moss Green gel zoomed to 105 and with DIY straw snoot on the white wall in the background.

She doesn't eat peanuts?! Unusual for a CAG but they are all such individuals, despite the similar appearance. Shaka (my parrot and coincidentally my Peanut subject) loves nuts of all kinds but ignores most veggies unless I cook them for her. Which, of course, I do ;-)
Oh, your Grey has full feathers! Green background sets him/her off beautifully and the image is nicely dynamic with the wings up. Bet your model enjoyed this session :-)
