I like the idea, but connection to challenge would've been greatly strenghened by subject eing posed in a proper spot for a portrait, only out of focus.

Nice work! The background would obviously have made a great landscape; the colors are great, the skyline is sharp, and the sky is a nice smooth gradient. Contrast that with the rumpled, blurry, half-off-the-screen dude on the left and you have a glorious juxtaposition. It's funny in the first place, and you get +2 for the title. I'd like to see this in the top 10, but I'm not sure that DPC as a whole shares our sense of humor.
