Only the foreground is in focus( rougly half of the image). Oh I didn't use 1/3 rule! The boat is defintely out of focus and beyond.
I believe mainly this do badly is the subject!

Only whiterook can do this - a meta-out-of-focus picture in which the entire unfocused scene becomes sharp through lack of focused reference by which to perceive the blur. Real and human, as ever...

Looks pretty sharp to me. Not out of focus at all, I'm afraid. Is the haze in the background supposed to be the misses focus?
