for me the lack of clarity in this takes away from the photo...IMO your handle should be in super sharp focus and it's not

Good idea, but IMNSHO you need a deeper depth of field. Bokeh is interesting, but part of your door knob is blurring out.

Nice colour although the door handle is competing for the focal point with the bright light in the background, and therefore its distracting. If the lighting in the background was softer, and not so blown, you may have scored higher.
