This shot was one of my candidates for the april free study. This is different crop and processing from my original and I like this better.

I like the strong vertical bands of colour which is only broken up by the sun and mountain.

nice image. i bet this looks better, the larger it gets. i'm a bit surprised you didn't go for the over used cinematic border...in your case, i think it might have provided a nice balance to the black of the foreground.-9
