it looks like someone threw a snugglie over the building at the bottom. your contrast is nice, your focus is crisp, your processing makes the lighting look flatter than it probably was so i suppose that was your intent.-8

If this was a night shot I would like it so much better. Technically good, but doesn't really leave anything behind. Also not crazy about the vignette, whether it's post-crop or not.
