really nice location and it nice to see that boys are still boys!. Overall I think you shot is underexposed and with out the title I would not know what message you are trying to get across.

I like the dramatic clouds and the red tulips but the severe underexposure of the kid on the right and other people is really distracting to me and my eye is drawn there. 5
