I was leaving Gateneau Park, when I noticed this guy just off the road. I pulled over quickly and grabbed the cam. Luckily, I keep it hanging off the passenger head rest. Otherwise, I would have missed the shot. Camera was braced against the car door, with the window down. It was an interesting day, as this was the second bear I sighted. If you are ever in the Ottawa area, don't miss the Park!

Excellent shot of a bear in it's natural habitat. Great job focusing on the bear and not the leaves in front, which I like because it makes the viewer know you were out in the wild.
OMG! I can't imagine being close enough to a wild bear to take a picture! Might crop this scene tighter on top so the bear takes up more of the image, but ... congratulations on getting the shot!
