This is a neat shot. Two things I don't like: the guy in the yellow jacket (hard to avoid unless maybe you could have moved to get a different angle. And the low balloons are really dark, meaning they really blend into the trees. A shot like this begs for more saturated colors.

Personally, I would have cropped out the little blue hot air balloon on the right. To me it unbalances the composition of this photo. All this heavy imagery on one side, and then this itty bitty thing has to hold the weight of the other. If you crop it out, the feeling of imbalance goes away.
Lovely shot though. The guy with the bright yellow vest really puts the icing on the cake.
