 Taken at the yearly dual race between Columbia (blue) and Navy (gold). Columbia went on to win the race by a boat length. This was taken about 2 minutes into the 5:40 minute race.

Ok. Besides the good parts (sharp, varying DOFs, splash, colors), this picture doesn't appeal to me much. I do see it tells you a story about competitiveness. But it's not quite hitting the spot. Perhaps it's the composition? I don't know. A 7 from me.
