Looks like you went all out here. I like it. However, there are some inconsistencies in the illustration that I feel hurts it a little. The best part is the skull and the eye. The two are very consistent tone-wise and look as one. This is in contrast to how the chest cavity looks which I can tell was built from various parts that weren't photographed under the same light.
That said, it's not an easy piece to pull off and the end result is pretty good, all things considered. Good luck.
