there isn't much to draw the eye, which might be helped with better balance, I would have tried moving the leftmost jet off away from the edge of the picture, or maybe focusing on one of the people in back.
The water droplets in the foreground are frozen nicely, but the background drops look like streaks. Must be the depth of field. Anyway, it's a nice picture. The people in the background are a little distracting.
I like the top left hand corner (some cool shapes) but this entire pic is a bit too busy ... don't know if this was the best subject. hope your camera is ok :)
there's a lot of action going on here but some will down score because motion not totally stopped, but then some will downscore 'cos they're fed up with warer shots!
This is an interesting subject and there is a LOT of activity in it. Depth of field plays a great role in a shot like this because of the 3-dimensional distances between all of the water droplets in this photograph. I believe that you needed a much faster shutter speed and possibly a flash to do a better job of stopping the motion. There are a lot of motion trails on these water droplets and the fountain streams are showing motion blur as well.
