 taken in a cypress swamp/river on a very cloudy day, hence the noise.

Just an FYI - there is no sepia toning in this - it is almost exactly what comes out of the IR camera. I tweaked it just a hair but not much...

Looks like a sepia toned IR shot? Very different and it really works well for this scene.
