 Erected in 1995, this is the smallest statue of the Children's Fountain at the corner of 32nd Street and North Oak Trafficway in North Kansas City, MO. Kansas City ranks second in the world in number of fountains erected in the city. Only Rome, Italy, has more fountains.

No, it was designed by a Kansas City artist named Tom Corbin.

This is the first time I can honestly say I love a photo of a statue. I thought it was some funky (funky in a good way)editing, layers/textures that you used on an actual person until I read your notes and looked at it more carefully.. beautifully composed and photographed.
