Nice composition but the overall lighting appears dull. I would experiment with levels and contrast to brighten it up. IMO, the pills don't look little...they look huge!
Soft focus - is this what you were going for? I think it would be a better photo if it was a little sharper on the three purple pills. I like the concept, though!
