 Didn't quite work as I wanted and took dozens of attempts to try to get it to work

400mm + 2x convertor @ f/51 on bulb ... after 1s cover the 400mm, go into pitch black room, swap lens (already pre focused on tripod) take the cap off pop the speedlight
