The emptiness on the bottom of the photo leaves me hanging when viewing it. But, had the sky been open more, I would have liked the photo more... So maybe I just prefer the negative space up top. 6

Very simplistic foreground. I love the lines of the timber sticking out of the water. Either it was a very rainy, grey day or this looks somewhat undereposed and lacking contrast.

I like the good detail, but your image seems a bit dark. Some highlight enhancement might be helpful in achieving the full range of available tones.
