 Shot RAW, increased exposure, reduced clarity in ACR, made some color adjustments.
In Photoshop, slightly cropped, duplicated background layer, overlay mode at 33%, some brightness adjustment, resized, reduced noise, smart sharpened, lowered green and yellow in Hue/Sat (luminance).
