I think you added the noise to this photo, because it looks a little strange to me. Maybe tone down the brightness of the noise (especially in the black area).

The photograph is not really sharp. Sin of the colour noise. Lower ISO (but then with adapted sluiter time and f value) possibly the colour noise are able reduce.
