 Used a light tent, and lots of balloons. Raw capture, converted, cropped, some saturation, colouring of cheeks (Queen, eyes, and teeth. Clone out some reflections and wording on balloons. Added frame, resized and sharpened.

This is a little dark in my opinion... possibly underexposed a stop or two. Brigher would be better especially with your happy subjects! Very good concept over all and very colorful.
