Having trouble finding what to focus on. The tall weed bottom left or green plant in upper left seems to draw attention, making the focus of this photo anti-purple. I'd have either zoomed in on a small group of flowers or moved so far back, the purple were abstract specks. This is somewhere in between and just makes for a busy photo.
Nice subject, but I think it might be better if you shoot either all in the shade or all in the sun for this one, so that there isn't a shadow line through the middle of the shot. Still, a good photo that meets the challenge well.
