Little Norway? I'm not sure what that means or how it relates to the photo. The photo itself doesn't strike me as anything more than a shoreline with some glare on the water. There are also too many distracting elements in the water.

I'm not sure what to think. The reflections of the light are interesting, but compositionally, there is nothing real interesting about this picture.

I do not see any reference to the country of Norway in the photo. What I do see: water, mud, plants, other odd bits and reflections of the sky and sun. Maybe the photo was taken in Norway but that is not apparent to me.
