Layer adjustments for levels, brightness/contrast and hue/saturation.
Spot heal/cloned dust and small distractions on the petals.
Cloned out ripples of material on the bottom right corner and burned between the stems.
Remove color cast.
New layer of levels resetting black point.
Color curves adjustments to lighten shadows.
Adjust sharpness.
Layer of Hue/Saturation to desaturate a bit.
Resize.
USM.

So, I am extremely jealous of this photo. I love photographing flowers and personally think I have achieved some very nice shots of them. But never have I taken a photo with this much focus and detail! Fantastic colors and lighting as well! 9
Fantastic shot. I love the light, and also how you managed to keep most of the picture in focus. A serious candidate for a ribbon, as far as I can tell.
