So, anyway, I was trying to photograph 3 tulips. I've never photographed tulips before. Well, I had these nice tulips, and I walked away for a couple of minutes, and came back to find what you see in the picture.
It's my cat.
My cat likes to decapitate flowers. For some reason, she chews through the stem and leaves them like that. When I had a dozen roses, I had 4 of them with partially chewed through stems. I actually thought it made the picture a little more interesting. Other people didn't like it, but I thought it put a twist into a normal flower photo.

nice take on the subject and nicely lit (maybe a touch bright on the broken flower). For the composition though I think you should not have included the vase.
