I was lucky enough to be asked to help crew a yacht from Mallorca to the south west corner of Portugal. We sailed night passages to maintain progress and we had some cracking sunrises. This is one of them.

Good job keeping the noise down in this image be through software or otherwise. IMO this image lacks context. A reference point the foreground or background would help. 6
I love it when the sun is so perfectly round like this. The gradient color of the background is good with the haze at the bottom almost matching the color of the water. Nice warm tones. Placement of the sun is good too, but it just seems like it is missing something for the 'wow' - a silhouette or a boat or something.
