an interesting image but very blown out on the highlights. given the featureless sky, you might consider shooting tighter to put the dock more fully in the frame. A lower visual angle and positioning the camera to put the foreground boards in the left corner of the frame would have providing strong leading lines to guide the eye towards the interesting covered structure.
