 National Geographic branded binocular camera. New in package for $3 at a thrift shop. It doubles the exposures by shooting 2 frames on each 35mm frame. One of the last gasps of film in the consumer market before digital took over. Box was dated 2005, the included film only expired in 2008.

The design reminds me of this Sci-fi craft
