Love her expression. I like Paul's analysis as well (I wouldn't have thought about it in that way). I like the natural look of the image and the girl. Having said that, I think a little more contrast in the background (with the sky and sand) would be nice. And, I'd like some contrast in her eyes to draw me in even more with that devious / put-off look.
This is a really nice portrait. The inclusion of the leg at the bottom of the image is unconventional and changes the balance of the composition significantly. I think it has the effect of pulling us into the scene. It has made me think about trying some more creative crops.
