I always want to cover the kid with a blanket when I see this type of photo on a white background. Overall good detail and lighting applied here. Good luck.

Looks a bit too smoothed (especially the hair). Still a very cute photo! I can see strokes above the baby where it looks like perhaps you were dodging the background more white?
