For the first time, I used a Graduated Neutral Density stacked along with Neutral Density on my Tokina 11-16mm lens. The results out of camera were pretty good. I had to do some levels, curves and contrast adjustment and a little bit of dodging and burning.

Hmmm. Not sure about "Surreal"... It's a lovely location although the image is quite grey. I like how you were able to catch the swirls in the water below the dropoff.
I think if it were me I would have boosted the saturation of the sky a bit and probably ruined the photo. I think your more restrained touch works very well here.
