 In Gimp - Crop, Rotate, Add adjustment layer for brightness/contrast, adjustment layer for hue/saturation. Added normal mode layer of black. Copy background layer, desaturate and invert for contrast. Scale to size, USM, optimize for Web.

I see a title that implies entrance, but the picture doesn't. Sorry, but the rating is for the picture, not the title.
