I worked on this for a long, long time.

Painted the irises green, pupils black, added a faint catch light. In separate layer painted lips red, soft light mode, gaussian blur.

Cropped a lot. Nik midnight. Xero Porcelain. Layer with a sheet metal overlay in in some mode which I've forgotten. Nik darken/lighten center to shift the light.
