Nice texture and patterns. Somehow it's coming across somewhat harsh. Could be the "busyness" or the B/W conversion and extreme contrast...not sure, just a feeling I get.
I'm going through the entries, stopping at those images I feel have had the benefit of an unconventional eye and dwelling a little longer to try to see and appreciate what you saw. This is one of those images.
Positives: I like the way this image is more about texture than form. The very high contrast works very well and the framing, constrained as it is, maintains a sense of mystery in the image.
Critical stuff: No suggestions to make - any changes would be interference.
